Ordering FAQ

How far in advance should I order?
Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is by appointment only — we'll coordinate the exact time and location with you directly after your order is placed.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver within about 5 miles of our pickup location for a flat $10 delivery fee.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required for custom cakes — payment is collected at pickup or delivery.
Can you copy a cake from a photograph?
Yes — send us a photo for inspiration and we'll create a close replica of the design.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before your order date.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, or other dietary options?
Not currently — our menu doesn't include gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary substitutions at this time.
Is the kitchen free from allergens?
No — our kitchen also prepares items with nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens, so we can't guarantee any item is free from cross-contact.
